REQUIREMENTS:  Firstly, there is a requirements section associated with each property.  This is meant to streamline the process so up front we will ask you if you meet all of the requirements to apply for the residency.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY PROPERTY:

  • NO EVICTIONS
  • INCOME 3X RENT
  • GOOD REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECK
  • NO SECTION 8
  • NO ANIMALS
  • NO SMOKING

POST-APPLICATION PROCESS

If we contact you and extend an offer to rent, congratulations.  Following that communication, you can expect the following:
  • Welcome Email
  • Policies and Procedures for the property
  • Copies of the lease agreement and supplemental documentation

SECURING THE PROPERTY

We are almost finished!  But before we will hand over possession of the property, we need the following to proceed:
  • First Months Rent
  • Security Deposit
  • Signed Lease Agreement

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We will provide all of the information necessary to move into your new home.  This includes:
  • Gas providers in the area
  • Electric providers in the area
  • Internet providers in the area
  • Water and Sewer are billed back to the tenant on an average yearly basis.  We periodically review the bills and make adjustments accordingly
